Hey pretty girl! Welcome back to the blog! In today’s post, I am sharing the unboxing of my newest handbag – the Chloe Marcie Bag. If you recall, this bag was in my Spring 2022 Wishlist. I am so excited about using this bag!!!
I was on the search for a bag that was not as large as my LV Neverfull, but a lot bigger than a crossbody. I went to one of my Pinterest boards and I saw the Chloe Marcie Bag. It’s a bag that I’ve been looking at for about 4 years now. I guess I never really thought about it because I’ve never seen anyone carrying this bag. If I’m being honest, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone carry a Chloe bag at all. I’m not the type of girl who likes to wear/have the same things that everyone else has, so this fits right up my alley! I have a couple pairs of Chloe sunglasses, so I thought I’d give this bag a try.
THE BAG
I am in LOVE with this bag! The color is beautiful. It’s a nice cognac color (I believe it’s called “tan” on the Chloe website) and the gold hardware is very pretty. The leather is small grain and it’s really soft to the touch..
There is an exterior flap pocket which is secured by the tassels and the bottom of the bag. The pocket is large enough to fit your cell phone, keys, sunglasses…it is very nice size pocket.
There is also an interior pocket which the crossbody strap came in. I plan to keep the crossbody strap in that pocket just in case I need it while carrying the bag as a top handle or shoulder bag.
Here is a pic of me holding the bag in the crook of my arm…which is my fave way to carry a handbag.
