Hey pretty girl! Welcome back to the blog! If this is the first pearlfectlylettered post you’ve come across…welcome to the blog! Today’s post is taking me back to my roots. It’s taking me back to the reason I started a blog in the first place – calligraphy.
I have kinda struggled organizing my calligraphy supplies over the years. This issue has always stunted my ability to practice regularly. It was always a hassle taking out a nib, a pen holder and ink every time I wanted to practice and sometimes I like to practice while watching tv. Those days are over! I have found the perfect solution that suits my calligraphy needs right now.
Now, I use an ArtBin case that is slim enough and light enough to carry from room to room and it has everything I need (with the exception of water and paper) to practice calligraphy whenever I want to. It has proven to be very practical and it has allowed me to practice my calligraphy at a moments notice.
THE CASE
The case is made my ArtBin. It is the ArtBin 4006AB Medium Solutions Box with Dividers. I purchased it from Amazon. The dimensions of the case are 10.75″ by 7.375″. It has four compartments and 12 dividers. The dividers are what makes the case what it is. It allows you to divide the compartments to fit your needs. I even personalized it a little bit because I’m extra like that!!! LOL!!!

With this case, I am able to store the following supplies:
- Pen holders
- Ink
- Nibs
- Gouache
- Mechanical Pencils
- Lead
- Erasers
- Water Droppers
- Kneaded Eraser
- Tombow Fudenosuke Pens

Here is a look at the case open.

If you are looking for an easy, affordable way to organize your calligraphy supplies, I highly recommend this case. It is affordable and it holds everything you’ll need to practice calligraphy – even on the go!
’til next time!
